Bruijnen family
What at first glance looks like a "normal" closet wall is actually an entrance to a hidden play area. The Bruijnen family had this closet wall custom made by us entirely to their specifications.
The spotlights integrated into the ceiling give this beige cabinetry the attention it deserves. This beige color also complements the wood table present in the dining room and contrasts nicely with the rest of the interior.
Between the two beige cabinet walls there is room for various decorations. The dark wood in the middle provides a strong contrast to the cabinet. Under the shelves there is a special sliding wall that allows you to look into the adjacent room. And on the right side of the closet wall is a door that provides access to this "hidden" space.
When you walk through the closet door you enter the "hidden" room where there is even more storage space. In the middle of this room there is a recess that could possibly accommodate a chair, so the space can be used as a study.
You can't see it well in the photo, but the hidden room is meant to be a play area for children. A chalkboard has been made on the wall and there is enough space to create a complete playing field with all kinds of toys. You won't find the interior of your dreams in an interior design store. But you can have it made!
